Suspended between the deep blue of the Mediterranean Sea and the unspoiled greenery of the Circeo National Park, the Villa is an architectural work of exceptional historical and landscape value. Originally designed by architect Michele Busiri Vici, this residence embodies a refined balance between clean lines, environmental integration, and a poetic connection to place.
The renovation presented a complex and stimulating challenge, to preserve the original design identity, with its distinctive features and fluid architectural vision, while seamlessly integrating contemporary living needs and advanced technological solutions.
The glass openings and panoramic terraces do more than offer spectacular views; they become instruments for experiencing the landscape at every hour of the day, amid shifting light and profound silence. Special care was also given to the original materials: local stone, hand-crafted ceramic flooring, and traditional lime plasters were carefully restored and paired with more contemporary elements in a discreet and respectful manner.
Through this renovation, NOS Design sought to breathe new life into an iconic place, allowing its past to re-emerge subtly, while embracing the future of contemporary living.
