The space

The apartment, recently renovated, stands out for its modern style and open-space layout, inspired by the industrial aesthetics of the surrounding urban context. The heart of the home is an open area that includes a functional kitchen with an adjacent dining area, a cozy living area with a comfortable sofa and 40” smart TV, a first double bed, and a full bathroom. The mezzanine floor hosts a second sleeping area, intimate and well-organized, with large custom wardrobes and a second service bathroom (WC), perfect for ensuring greater privacy during your stay. An urban retreat designed for those who desire a space that is carefully detailed, functional, and welcoming. The accommodation is fully equipped with all modern comforts, including air conditioning, LCD TV, espresso coffee machine, and Wi-Fi connection.

The price includes a set of clean bed linens and towels, internet, and utilities. Upon arrival at the apartment, you will need to sign a document that certifies the presence of the guests for the booked days, and a valid ID must be presented. Portable baby crib/travel cot for a fee: available upon request.
PLEASE NOTE: in the accommodation you will find shower gel and shampoo available in each shower. If any of the bottles of personal care products are removed from the accommodation, a penalty of €100 will be applied.
