The Space

The property has been recently renovated with care and passion, and it stands out for its contemporary and refined aesthetic accompanied by a selection of custom-made elements and furnishings. Inside you will find: a comfortable double bedroom, with an integrated wardrobe and a cozy detail reminiscent of fire, an elegant fireplace that adds warmth to the environment; a functional and fully equipped kitchenette, perfect for preparing simple dishes or home tastings, with a custom-designed snack counter; a complete bathroom with a walk-in shower and a free-standing bathtub, designed to offer moments of intimate well-being.

The apartment is equipped with all the comforts that make your stay pleasant and carefree: air conditioning, LCD TV, espresso machine, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

The price includes a set of clean sheets and towels, utilities, and internet connection. Upon arrival, it will be necessary to sign a document certifying the identity of the guests and matching the booked days, showing a valid ID. A portable crib/travel cot is available on request for a small fee.
Please note: in each shower you will find shower gel and shampoo in a designated format. In the event that any of these products are taken away from the accommodation, a €100 penalty will be applied.
